So, yesterday, I forgot it was Friday until I was on my way home from Kyrie's Seussical rehearsal. I hadn't even thought about a Friday adventure. Well, we decided to watch a movie in our back yard.
We invited some neighbors, popped popcorn, made treats, strung a "screen" on the back of our house and set up the projector. 
After much debate, we decided to watch "Sandlot"- good choice, Zach. After we set up, a lightning storm came over the Mountain, but luckily it missed us. There was a warm breeze, the stars came out and it was so much fun. 
We did have to carry a couple of sleeping kids into the house.

So fun!!!! I have always loved your Friday Adventure idea. I am going to have remember this idea and start doing Friday Adventures when Grace gets a little older.
We have done this a couple times with cousins. It's so fun. If only it got dark earlier!

That is a lot of fun. Owen and I used to have movie nights with his family. We loved it, as I am sure you did too!
I love doing that our neighbors get a HUGE screen and let the whole neighborhood come out to watch its one of my favorite things to do. Hey, when do we HAVE to be back at school? Hope your having a great day and I love the new puppy. I see he ranks up there with his own chair and all!!! lol Can't wait to see you miss you lots!
