Hill Air Force Base Museum

Friday Family Adventures were few and far between this last summer. We were so busy with Into the Woods, Trek, Marching Band and camps that we neglected our family fun time.

We were able to go to the museum at Hill Air Force Base. Mom and Dad met us there.

It is free to get in and is a whole lot of fun to walk around and look at the planes and helicopters. There is a great exhibit of air force uniforms and masks.

Some of the planes and helicopters were so huge. It was unreal how large some of them are.

The only bad thing was that there is no air conditioning and it was really hot inside those buildings.

Make sure you take a picnic lunch. There are picnic tables under the wing of a huge plane. There is a gift shop as well. http://www.hill.af.mil/library/museum/
