What a Week

If I can survive the next 2 weeks of musical, it will be a good thing. Today we had a mom donate $1200 worth of make-up for the play. We have a dad building platforms. So many people have volunteered to sew costumes. I am blown away by the generosity of our faculty and parents.

Halle went with me to rehearsal yesterday. She was so funny. She had so much fun playing with Natalie. Halle would tell Natalie, "You're funny!" Halle had 2 little yellow blocks that were her "phones" and she would hand one to someone else and then "talk" to them on it. The kids in the cast were begging her for a turn. And, Paul, I am sorry she 'upstaged' you when you were giving your serious speech about facial expression and emotion.

Thank you, Amanda for taking Kyrie this weekend. She needed to spend some time with you. You were an answer to my prayers!! I love you.

It was my pleasure. Kyrie and I had fun. We went to a pie party and one of the guys in my ward asked her if she was still in high school. I laughed. She acted embarrassed, but will probably brag about it to her friends later.

Okay. Good. I love working with you too! You are a blast to be around and I love your sweet family.

As far as our play goes... it's going to ROCK! I love having so much support and knowing that people appreciate all our hard work.

P.S. I tagged you. Read my new blog.

Hey Cindi, good luck with your musical. I don't know which one you are doing, but like everything you touch, I'm sure it will be gold.

What can we do to get Amanda to blog? Or any of your family for that matter.
